The Farm Holiday Centre Impluvium is a country home immersed in the panoramic Nebrodi Mountain Range, which is covered in age-old olive groves and typical mediterranean bush. Our farm holiday centre is situated on the eastern banks of the Halaesa River, which is an "impluvium" (where rain water rivers flow together to create a river head).
The Halaesa River was used for thousands of years as a waterway from the Tirrenean Sea to the centre of Sicily.
The Farm Holiday Centre Impluvium is on 9 heatares of farm land which is cultivated mostly in olive groves; it is approximately 2 kilometers from the town of Pettineo and 6 kilometers from the sea shore. Being 250 meters above sea level we are comfortably cool in all seasons. We can host up to 6 people, and we are particularly suitable for groups who appreciate a homely atmosphere.
Thanks to our geographical position we offer a vast choice of excursions to the most famous historical and natural attractions in the Sicilian Region.
Currently we produce mainly extra- vergine olive oil and delicious olives for eating at any moment of the day.
We can be reached by taking the Palermo-Messina motorway and exiting at Tusa then following road signs for Castel di Lucio, 2 kilometers after the town of Pettineo follow indications for Contrada Chiusa and Agriturismo.
